Registration

Advance registration is highly recommended in order to be able to speed up admission at the conference site and to help the organization of tours and social events.

All participants are invited to collect meeting kits, name tags, proceedings, etc. at the registration desk. Participants are kindly requested to wear name tags for the duration of the events. Participants’ accounts may be balanced, and pending payments, if any, or unpaid fees may be settled at this desk.

A certificate of attendance may be obtained here on request before leaving.

The regular registration fee includes:

• Participation in the technical sessions
• Meeting kit
• Conference proceedings
• Welcome reception on Feb. 25^th
• Working lunches on Feb 26^th and 27^th
• Conference banquet on Feb 27^th
• Coffee breaks during sessions

Warning. Since the number of registered attendees is higher than expected, starting from Wednesday 13^th February no more student registrations will be accepted.

You can also send it to the e-mail address: incor@sirius.pisa.it. Remember that, by doing so, your personal and payment data will be sent through the Internet without any security measures.

Hotel Accommodation

All participants will be accommodated in hotels in Florence, all within walking distance of the conference center. Further details concerning booking procedures and prices are available in the registration form. Please fill it in and return to the organizing secretariat. To guarantee your room reservation, please send the required deposit. The deposit is not refundable after December 15^th, 2001. Reservation for an extended stay at the same prices may be arranged.

Cancellations

Cancellations received by written application prior to December 15^th, 2001 will be entitled to a full refund minus 30% plus bank charges. Refund will take approximately eight to ten weeks. Those who do not appear at the congress, thereby canceling by default, will not be eligible to receive any refund.

Confirmation of registration and accommodation

Acknowledgments confirming registration in the congress sessions, accompanying person programs, etc., will be sent to participants after payment has been received for registration prior to February 10^th.
