Instructions for Speakers

All speakers are kindly invited to contact their respective Chairmen in advance to confirm attendance to the Session (see table below). Please provide your Chairman with a short CV which can then be used as an introduction to your talk. Please also bring a copy of the CV with you at the conference.
Each talk should take no more than 15 min, including the discussion time. Please stay within this limit. Your Chairman will remind you of your schedule and, if necessary, ask you to wind up your talk.
All rooms are equipped with beamers, which can be connected to the monitor output of a laptop computer. Overhead projectors will also be available.
Each room will have a PC equipped with MS Office 2000. However, speakers are free to bring their own laptops, so as to avoid any software compatibility problem. If you want to use the PC provided rather than your own laptop, we suggest you test the presentation before the beginning of the session.
