Submission
Guidelines
Submissions are accepted only in electronic form, through the SAC web submission system.
Detailed guidelines about the electronic submission procedure will be posted before the submission deadline.
Paper Submission
The format of the electronic version of the
paper must be PDF. Do not use Word or any other format for the
electronic version of your paper.
All papers should represent original and
previously unpublished works that are currently not under review in any
conference or journal. Both basic and applied research papers are
welcome.
The paper should not be more than 15 pages long using 11-point font and
1 inch margins on all four sides on letter size paper. Papers that fail
to comply with length limitations risk rejection.
The author(s) name(s) and address(s) must NOT appear in
the body of the submitted paper , and self-references
should be in the third person. This is to facilitate blind review
required by ACM.
Paper Publication
All papers will be
fully refereed and undergo a blind review process. The conference
proceedings will be published by ACM. Hence,
all accepted papers should be submitted in ACM 2-column camera-ready
format for publication in the symposium proceedings (you can get the
paper
templates at the ACM site).
The final
version
of the paper should not be more than
5 pages long.
Poster
Publication of Selected Papers
Quality papers that are not accepted due to space limitations will be
invited to be presented as poster papers, and will be published as
short papers in
the symposium proceedings.
