SOMMARIO In Questo lavoro vengono descritte la realizzazione di un sistema integrato per l'indagine del comportamento di diverse geometrie di pattini idrostatici impiegabili su guide piane di macchine utensili, le prove con carichi di tipo statico e di tipo dinamico con esso effettuate ed i risultati ottenuti fino a questo momento.

SUMMARY In this paper We describe the design and the realization of an integrated system for studying the behaviour of different shaped Hydrostatic padls installed on machine tools'guide.
We also describe the experimental test carried on with static and dynamic active forces and the obtained results.
