This year's workshop is the fifth in an annual series. It serves as the premier international forum for discussions between researchers, practitioners and students interested in the symbiosis of mobile computers, wireless networks, and multimedia systems.

The objective of this workshop is to provide a forum for researchers and technologists to present new ideas and contributions in all areas related to wireless multimedia and its interfaces with the conventional wireline networks.
