Submission instructions for camera-ready papers

Authors of accepted papers are required to prepare the camera-ready manuscript as a PDF file. Full-length papers should not exceed 6 pages. For each additional page (maximum 2), a 150USD charge is applied.

Please refer to the Camera-Ready Instructions page on the IEEE MASS 2010 web site, for complete camera-ready formatting instructions.

Camera-ready manuscripts must be uploaded to EDAS by September 3, 2010, 11:59pm EDT. An IEEE Copyright Form must be submitted for each paper. Copyright Forms are submitted online directly to IEEE. Click here to submit your Copyright Form no later than September 3, 2010. After the submission, keep a copy for your own record.

In order for the paper to be included in the conference proceedings, it is mandatory that at least one of the authors registers to MASS 2010 with a full registration (i.e., non-student) status, by September 3, 2010. For detailed registration information, please refer to the Registration page on the IEEE MASS 2010 conference web site. A paper without registered authors past September 3, 2010 will be withdrawn.

Submission instructions for peer review

All submissions must describe original research, not published or currently under review for another workshop, conference, or journal.

All submissions must be full papers in PDF format, and must be formatted according to the standard IEEE Computer Society 8.5" x 11" page, two-column format. Papers are restricted to a maximum length of six (6) pages, including text, figures, references, and appendices. Detailed formatting instructions are available at the CPS Formatting page on the IEEE Computer Society website, including Latex and Microsoft Word style files.

Papers must be submitted electronically to EDAS by June 18, 2010, 11:59pm EDT. Submission implies the willingness of at least one author to attend the workshop and present the paper. As per standard policy, there is no workshop-only or workshop-specific registration. All authors and attendees must register for the MASS conference at the full conference rate, which include the ability to attend any and all workshops.

Accepted papers will be included in the main proceedings of IEEE MASS 2010 and published by the IEEE.
